Who we are
Incorporated in Dubai in 1994. Managing property ever since.
Al Raea Real Estate was incorporated in 1994 in Dubai. Led by Mr. Helal Ahmed, Al Raea expanded from two individuals to a multi-office real estate firm.
Driven by innovation rather than traditional limits, the firm set out to lead the UAE property management market, and has grown by doing the everyday work of managing buildings properly.
Today we manage buildings and units across Dubai and Sharjah on behalf of their owners, handling leasing, maintenance and the full lifecycle of the asset with our own in-house teams.
