Information you choose to send
When you call, email, use WhatsApp, or submit an enquiry, you choose what contact and property information to provide. We use it to respond to that enquiry and continue the conversation you requested.
This website is statically hosted and does not maintain its own customer database. If no dedicated form processor is configured, the enquiry form opens a draft in your email application and nothing is sent until you press Send. If a processor is added later, this notice must be updated to name it before that integration goes live.
Website and hosting data
The hosting provider may process standard connection information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and protect the site. The site uses session storage only to remember that the short homepage introduction has already played in the current browser session. It does not run advertising trackers or first-party analytics in this build.
Google Maps and Google reviews
Office maps load only after you choose to display them. When the optional live reviews connection is enabled, Google Maps Platform loads as the reviews section approaches the screen and returns the current rating, review count, and up to five relevance-selected reviews. Google may then receive technical information such as your IP address, browser, and interaction data under its own terms and privacy practices.
Review text, ratings, author information, dates, and source links displayed in the live panel are provided by Google Maps. They are not stored in the static site. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps terms.
External services
Email, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and any linked third-party website operate under their own privacy notices. Opening one of those services takes you outside this website.
